Ellie's Bows was started over 16 years ago. When Ellie was two years old, I already started to put her on ponies. I knew I wanted her to show but there were no “Show Bows” that looked like the ones that existed in my mind. So, we started making them on our Kitchen table. On a hunch, I called Jill over at “Malvern Saddlery”. She ended up buying every single set we had made. I knew we had something very special. At that moment “Ellie’s Bows” was born.

We were the very first hair bow maker on the Equestrian scene over nine years ago to commercially distribute and manufacture hair bows through the United States. My idea was as Ellie grew up, we could add products and accessories that would fit well with, “youth riders." We have gone from Hair Bows, to accessories, and now to apparel. Through an exclusive opportunity from Venus Williams company Eleven we were able to purchase sourced fabric and use it exclusively in the Equestrian world. Our brand new “Elliena EQ Collection” which was made in adult sizes is exclusively available online. At that time there were very few companies that manufactured super cute show bows like the ones that lived in our minds. So we started to make them by hand. Our bows went from the dining room table to being made in a small warehouse.

We have stayed true to our products and have produced in the USA. We have been carried by companies like Dover, Intrepid, Beval Saddlery, and so many small tack stores we could never list them all. Our company has grown into apparel with our Cool Tech Schooling shirt collection made exclusively through material sourced here in the USA.
